It better not be! Maybe they just meant the end of the show, although I believe they are all married, or were married at some point, and not the same partying, drinking, smoking guys that fueled their first few albums. The songs still kick ass (on Crimson, A&I and TA), but not very many about drugs and alcohol. They have some more albums in them I know it.

yea some people have said that it kinda sounds a bit like an 80's punk record, and I agree, it does on most songs. That's not a bad thing at all though.

I've given the new album the Ian approved music testing method - Going for a run in the car - long enough for to take in the album without distractions...I have to say it's absolutely amazing.  So catchy and powerful and really fantastic to cane it along country roads to - they should call this album the A686.  They should also list it on ebay with the claim that listening to it in the car adds 30 horsies to the engine.  I have listened to nothing else this week when driving to work - granted I only worked 3 days this week...

Currently listening to it through my av system at the moment...nice and loud...awesome.

The one thing that bugs me is although I wouldn't change anything much, it's not an against me sound.

I think the bob dylan song is a little bit stupid though.  Wordwise anyway.  Completely daft.

I just hope this album doesn't end up the same way as my New Wave album.

Hoping for some decent-ish YouTube footage of Reading/Leeds.
